SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh screen is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. This process involves creating a stencil on the screen, then using a squeegee to push ink through the mesh onto the material below, such as fabric, paper, or plastic.Overall, screen printing offers high-quality, long-lasting results ideal for both small custom projects and large-scale production runs.

PAD PRINTING/ TAMPOGRAPHY

Pad printing, also called tampography or tampo printing, is an indirect offset (gravure) printing process where a silicon pad takes a 2-D image from a laser engraved/ PHOTO POLYMER (etched) printing plate (also called cliché) and transfers it to a 3-D object.

Fiber laser engraving is a process that uses a fiber laser—a laser whose light is generated through an optical fiber doped with rare-earth elements such as ytterbium—to permanently mark, engrave, or etch the surface of a material. Fiber lasers typically operate at a wavelength of about 1,064 nanometers, which is especially effective for metals.

FILM POSITIVES/ NEGATIVES

A film positive is a photographic film that contains a clear image of the original artwork or design in positive form. Unlike a film negative, where the colors and shades are inverted, a film positive shows the image as it appears in reality, with light areas appearing clear and dark areas appearing opaque. A film negative is the reverse of a positive, where the light areas appear dark and dark areas appear clear.
